Demetra Sklaviadis

Demetra Sklaviadis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they started their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Demetra then became a Research Assistant at MIT from June 2014 to June 2016.

In 2016, Demetra joined Tufts University as a Research Assistant, where they worked until July 2017.

Demetra later transitioned to the industry and joined Workable in May 2018 as an Operations Engineer. After their time at Workable, Demetra founded their own company called Avlos in December 2018, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO.

Most recently, in February 2021, they joined THE ARK as an Expert and Ambassador. Demetra's work experience highlights their diverse skills and expertise in research, engineering, and leadership positions.

Demetra Sklaviadis pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from 2010 to 2014 at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
