Jan-Christian Werner is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience as Group Chief Financial Officer at multiple organizations, including AVM GmbH, HRS Group, Balta Group, and Aves One AG. Prior to these roles, Jan-Christian held significant financial leadership positions at Orion Engineered Carbons and Brenntag Group, as well as M&A-related roles at Deloitte and WestLB. Jan-Christian began the professional journey at BP, transitioning from a Trading Analyst to an executive master program. Jan-Christian holds a Master's degree in Controlling and Operations Research from Nordakademie and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through the Institute of Management Accountants.
