Andrea Otero, SHRM-CP has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in human resources and business systems analysis. Currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst-Learning at Sentara Health since March 2024, Andrea has previously held multiple roles at AvMed, including Human Resources Specialist, HR Talent Development Coordinator, and HR Coordinator.
