Joby Kolsun

Joby Kolsun, DO, CPE is a seasoned healthcare leader currently serving as the Regional Medical Director at AvMed since 2020. With previous experience as the Vice President of Clinical Performance at Lee Health from 2015 to 2020, Joby Kolsun led multiple healthcare programs across four campuses, redesigned the Acute Care and Utilization Management department to enhance efficiency and revenue, and directed governance for a provider organization that grew to over 950 providers. Kolsun's earlier roles include Assistant Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at Crozer-Keystone Health System and Medical Director of Quality at AtlantiCare, a Malcolm Baldridge award-winning health system, as well as experience as an emergency physician at Chestnut Hill Hospital. Joby Kolsun holds a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Midwestern University and is a Certified Physician Executive from the American Association of Physician Leaders. Kolsun also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from La Salle University.
