Joe Ware

Joe Ware is a dynamic professional with over 25 years of extensive contracting experience across diverse markets in the United States. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Contracting for the State of Florida at AvMed, they are responsible for all hospital, physician, and ancillary contracting, while also managing a team of eight employees. Joe has previously held significant roles at various organizations, including directorship positions at Jupiter Medical Center and Evolent Health, where they successfully negotiated contracts and led initiatives resulting in substantial financial improvements. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Health Systems Leadership from Waynesburg University.
