Don has extensive experience with real estate data and AVM models. With nearly 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Don has a well-rounded history of working for banks, mortgage companies, real estate data aggregators, and AVM modelers. This unique experience provides Don with an excellent understanding of all sides of the collateral risk equation, in particular, evaluation and testing of AVM models, review & audit of collateralization rules, and assessment of data providers.
