Jennifer Pramuk, MGIS, GISP, currently serves as a GIS Developer II at AVN Corp. since March 2022, focusing on data management utilizing ArcGIS API for Python and Arcpy. As the owner and GIS Analyst at Bluebird Geomatics LLC, established in November 2019, Jennifer provides high-quality products and innovative GIS solutions, specializing in elevation models, remote sensing, and data management. Previous experience includes roles as an Advanced GIS Analyst at the Tennessee Department of Transportation and a GIS Analyst at Amec Foster Wheeler, where significant contributions were made to flood mapping projects for FEMA. Additional roles in geospatial analysis, data management, and educational internships reflect a robust background in Geographic Information Systems, complemented by a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Penn State University.
