Sean Bacchus

Sean Bacchus is currently the Training and Development Coordinator at Okay Industries, Inc., where they oversee all training programs within the company. With a background in leadership coaching from Lead 2 Serve Inc. and The John Maxwell Team, Sean also has experience in organizational development and course facilitation from their time at Northwell Health. Additionally, Sean has a background in customer service from their role as a Dietary Worker at Northwell Health and specialist at Target. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, Sean is dedicated to personal and professional growth.
