Bernard Ngabonziza

Bernard Ngabonziza is a Machine Learning Engineer at Avnet since October 2022, where responsibilities include defining, developing, and supporting hardware solutions for edge AI applications, alongside creating technical content and addressing inquiries from customers and engineers. At Arizona State University, Bernard has held roles as a Researcher, Instructor, and Teaching Assistant since September 2016, focusing on enhancing the safety and security of AI-enabled systems through data-driven fault detection techniques and Trusted Execution Environments for resource-limited devices. Previously, from November 2018 to May 2019, Bernard worked as a Course Developer for Data Mining at Coursera, designing educational materials and projects for students in machine learning. Bernard holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from California Baptist University.
