Simon Chen is an experienced professional specializing in ethics, compliance, and internal audit functions. Currently serving as the Ethics and Compliance Manager for Mainland China and Hong Kong at 安富利 since November 2021, Simon oversees the Ethics and Compliance Program, collaborating with Legal, HR, and other business partners while investigating ethics cases.
