Tracey Tallent Irons

Tracey Tallent Irons, SPHR, currently serves as the Global Leadership Development Program Manager at Avnet, where responsibilities include managing the global leadership development strategy and high-potential programs since December 2012. Prior experience includes the role of HR Business Partner at Stryker Sustainability Solutions from November 2010 to December 2012, focusing on employee relations, development, and strategic HR alignment for a manufacturing site. Earlier, Tracey was an HR Representative at Montereau in Warren Woods from February 2006 to September 2010, mediating employee relations issues and overseeing benefits programs. Tracey holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management with a Human Resources Emphasis and Marketing from Oklahoma State University, completed between 2001 and 2005.
