Vijay Zarkar

Vijay Zarkar is a Technology Segment Specialist in Sensors & Wireless at Avnet since October 2023, following participation in the EMEA Engineering Graduate Program. Prior experience includes working as a Working-Student and Master-Thesis Student at Voith Paper, where development of RADAR sensor technology for pulper machines occurred. Vijay also served as a Product Design Development Engineer at Burckhardt Compression, focusing on the end-to-end execution of standard project orders in SAP and the preparation of Engineering & Design Bills of Materials for compressors. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Mechatronics from Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Pune.
