Viren Ohol is an experienced rewards leader with a career spanning over two decades in the field of Total Rewards and Human Resources. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Avnet since March 2022, Viren is responsible for overseeing Global Total Rewards across more than 40 countries. Previously, Viren held a similar position at Tupperware, managing rewards for over 60 countries.
