JR Johnson has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the fields of chemical engineering and materials science. Currently serving as the Vice President of Research & Development at Avnos, Inc., JR has previously held positions at ExxonMobil and SABIC, where project leadership and management were key roles. JR has also contributed to research and innovation at academic institutions such as the Georgia Institute of Technology and KAUST. With a strong educational background in chemical engineering, including a Ph.D. from Georgia Tech, JR brings a wealth of expertise to the table in various industry sectors ranging from petrochemicals to forestry and water management.
