Edda Nermoen Burheim

Edda Nermoen Burheim is a Senior Manager at Avo Consulting since August 2016, overseeing the development of a new case management system for a Norwegian Governmental organization and leading initiatives in product management, business development, and service design. With a background as a Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at Avo, Edda has extensive experience in organizational transformation, process automation, and agile methodologies, particularly within the municipal sector. Edda also served as a Board Member for AVO Consulting Norway AS, focusing on strategic development and risk management. Edda holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and is pursuing postgraduate diplomas in Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Cape Town and the University of Oslo. Edda has a diverse educational background, including experience as a business development intern for a startup in Cape Town.
