Susan So is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy and Solutions Officer at Asia Insurance since June 2017. Additionally, Susan holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Avo Insurance, where responsibilities include strategy and operations since February 2018. Prior experience at Aon from September 2003 to June 2017 includes roles as Director and Head of Business Excellence and Operations, as well as Director of Business Planning and Operations for Greater China and Hong Kong.
