Dennis Baltazar is a seasoned technology professional specializing in Cloud and DevSecOps consulting. Currently serving as a Principal Cloud and DevSecOps Consultant at Avocado Consulting since February 2023, Dennis leads solution design for various security and cloud requirements while managing comprehensive assessments across multiple projects. Prior experience spans over 15 years at Accenture, where Dennis held multiple roles including Cloud Security Architect and DevSecOps Manager, significantly contributing to the practice of DevSecOps and Cloud Application Security in the Philippines. Dennis possesses extensive expertise in Secured Software Development Lifecycle, security testing tools, and project management, exemplified through leadership in various internal IT applications and teams. Dennis began the career at Pejman Inc. as Electronic Catalogue Support and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Electronics from Eastern Visayas State University.
