Andrew Bell

Andrew Bell is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Avocat Group since March 2022. Previously, Andrew held the position of Managing Broker at Bell Tenant Group from January 2018 to March 2022, and worked as a Transaction Advisor at Knight Frank from November 2014 to December 2017. Early in the career, Andrew was the Controller at Sheraton between 2008 and 2010, and gained experience as a Licensed Realtor at BB Realty from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, management expertise was developed at BTW Construction LLC from 2001 to 2009. Andrew completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies at the University of South Florida between 2004 and 2008, after attending Brooks School.
