Stanislaw Radzioch

Stanislaw Radzioch is an experienced professional in the field of observability and application performance management. Currently serving as Team Lead Observability at avodaq AG since September 2025, Stanislaw drives observability strategy, leads and mentors the observability team, and focuses on tooling architecture, proactive monitoring, and incident management. Prior to this role, Stanislaw was with amasol GmbH from July 2017 to August 2025, where responsibilities spanned project management, architectural planning, and team leadership as Team Lead APM and Managing Consultant, along with roles as a Senior Technical Consultant and Technical Consultant. Stanislaw holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Hochschule Augsburg, obtained in March 2017.
