Mark Oleson

Mark Oleson is a seasoned professional in product innovation and engineering, currently serving as Co-Founder at Avoli since 2022. Previously, Mark held multiple vice president roles at lululemon from 2017 to 2022, focusing on innovation, product creation, and advanced technology. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Product and Innovation at Under Armour from 2011 to 2017, and a senior innovation engineering manager at adidas from 2000 to 2011. Mark began career as a robotics design engineer at Alberta Research Council and held various engineering positions, including at the University of Calgary as an engineering research assistant and at Bayco. Mark holds an MSc in Engineering specializing in Biomechanics/Robotics from the University of Calgary and a BSc in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical/Industrial from the University of Manitoba.
