Ciara Ruane

Ciara Ruane's work experience begins in 2001 at Mercer, where they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant. Ciara also held roles at Towers Watson as a Senior Reward Consultant and Head of Reward, Talent & Communications. In 2016, they joined Primark as the Head of Performance and Reward, and later became the Director of Reward, Performance and Global Mobility, and Group Director of People & Culture - Centres of Expertise.
