Jason Phua

Jason Phua currently serves as Vice President Technical - Asset Management at Avolon since October 2025. Previously, Jason held the position of Vice President Technical at Avation PLC from May 2022 to October 2025, where Jason also served as Senior Manager in Technical Asset Management. Jason's career began at Singapore Airlines, working as Assistant Manager Base Maintenance and Technical Services Engineer in Aircraft Sales from November 2017 to April 2022. Prior to that, Jason was a Senior Engineer in Systems Design at ST Aerospace from July 2014 to October 2017 and had an earlier stint as an intern at ST Aerospace in May 2013. Jason holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2014, and has additional educational experience from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2012, as well as having attended St Andrew's Junior College from 2006 to 2007.
