Paul Constant

Paul Constant has extensive work experience in various industries. Paul started their career as a Waiter at The Wilton Bar & Restaurant, where they trained and supervised new employees. Paul then worked as an HR Intern at News Corporation, where they assisted in developing an internal networking site. Paul also served as a Manager at Fionnbarra Pub, where they managed employee schedules, inventory levels, and supervised the premises. Paul joined RiRa Irish Pub as a Bartender/Supervisor, providing excellent customer service and acting as a deputized supervisor. At Assurant, Paul worked as a Finance Administrator, administering accounts payable and managing payment processes. Paul also worked as a Customer Experience Developer, processing UK claims and identifying fraudulent claims. Paul then joined MIAGEN as an FP&A Consultant, leading financial planning projects and building customized financial models for clients. Currently, they are working at Avolon as a Senior FP&A Analyst and has recently been promoted to the role of VP, Market Analysis.

Paul Constant earned a BSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Limerick, where they studied Financial Accounting, Statistics, Stochastic Processes, Operations Research, and Time Series Analysis. Prior to attending university, they completed their Leaving Certificate at Colaiste an Spioraid Naoimh. Additionally, Paul has obtained a certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from CIMA, although the specific month and year of completion are not specified.
