Sami Kahale

Sami Kahale is an accomplished leader in the private equity and consumer goods sectors, currently serving as an Operating Partner at Advent International since January 2023, and as Vice Chairman of the Board at Avolta since May 2023. Additionally, Sami holds the position of Chairman of the Innovation Advisory Board at Bauli Group and serves as a Director of the Board at Bolton Group, both organizations representing significant players in the food industry. Sami is also Chairman of the Board at IRCA Group, a leader in high-quality food ingredients.
