Spartaco's earlier experience includes directing the Cyber Security Operations Center for the Veterans Affairs Administration, leading information security initiatives at HHMI, and architecting network solutions at the J. Craig Venter Institute and other organizations. Academically, Spartaco holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and several certifications from the University of Pennsylvania and the Center for Creative Leadership.
