Ronda Priborsky, CPA, MBA

Ronda Priborsky, CPA, MBA has a wealth of experience in the accounting and finance field. Ronda began their career in 1998 at The Vanguard Group as a Training Administrator and Financial Registered Representative, where they developed and analyzed yearly training budgets for Vanguard University and analyzed trends and historical data to forecast yearly training needs. Ronda also served as an interim manager while the manager was on extended leave. In 2006, they moved to Western Arizona Radiology and Scottsdale Advanced Imaging as the Manager of Accounting, where they were responsible for directing all accounting functions, including month end closings and preparation of financial statements for Scottsdale and Tucson radiology offices. Ronda also worked with a CPA to prepare annual tax returns and managed treasury and general ledger reconciliations. In 2008, they joined Henry & Horne, LLP as a Tax and Financial Accountant, where they managed and built long-term relationships with several key clients, directed work flow, supervised, and trained accounting interns during tax season, and prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement compilations. In 2013, they moved to Slatebridge Restaurant Group, Inc. as an Accounting Manager, where they ensured compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting and evaluated continuous strategic financial objectives. In 2017, they joined Avolve Software as a Controller and Scientific Botanical Leasing, LLC as a Controller, where they developed and implemented strong internal control environments to safeguard assets, improve profitability, and manage business risks. Ronda also managed financial reporting, financial systems maintenance, regulatory compliance and tax reporting, and analyzed budgets, forecasts, and financial trends.

Ronda Priborsky, CPA, MBA earned their Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona. Ronda then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the AZ State Board of Accountancy.
