Ashwani Bhat

Ashwani Bhat has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018 and 2019, they were a Project Trainee at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and Banaras Hindu University respectively. In 2019, they also worked as a Freelance Recruiter. In 2020, they were a Subject Matter Expert at Chegg Inc. and a Content Creator at YouTube. In 2021, they were a Deputy Manager - Human Resources & Business Development at 360 Degree Engineering & Consulting Services Limited and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Omnirio. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Avoma, where they joined as the first TA Specialist for the tech hiring in India and has doubled the Indian tech team size in less than six months while maintaining a healthy pipeline for Senior & Lead roles.

Ashwani Bhat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics Honours from Delhi University in 2016. Ashwani then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Amity University, which they completed in 2019. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in The Data Science Course 2020: Complete Data Science Bootcamp from Udemy.
