Andy Bennett Qpm

Andy Bennett QPM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and leadership training. Currently serving as Senior Associate Partner and Expert Facilitator at Above Difference Limited since April 2021, Bennett also holds the position of Chief Officer for the Special Constabulary and Police Superintendent at Avon and Somerset Police since August 2002. In addition, Bennett contributes as an Associate Trainer at the College of Policing and serves as Director at Red Leaf Leadership Ltd, both roles starting in May and March 2021 respectively. Bennett's career began as a Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police from December 1990 to August 2002. Educational background includes attendance at Henbury, Bristol from 1980 to 1987.
