Thomas Herbert

Thomas Herbert is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as Detective Chief Inspector in Major Crime with Avon and Somerset Police, where leadership includes a multi-disciplinary team of 110 officers and staff. With a strong background in serious and complex investigations, Thomas has contributed to strategic initiatives such as the Transformation programme focused on cultural and leadership improvements.
