Zoe Rice

Zoe Rice is an experienced Programme Manager for Population Health at Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB, responsible for embedding prevention within the Integrated Care System since January 2022. Zoe has a strong background in public health management, previously serving as Transformation Manager for Population Health Management, focusing on enhancing health and wellbeing and addressing health inequalities. Additional roles include Independent Member of the Joint Audit Committee at Avon and Somerset Constabulary and National Quality Lead at Change Grow Live, among various leadership positions at Developing Health & Independence and Crime Reduction Initiatives. Zoe holds a Leadership for Population Health degree from the Kings Fund and certifications in Counselling Skills and Geography from the University of Birmingham.
