Christy Lombardi

Christy Lombardi currently serves as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Shore United Bank since July 2023. Previously, Christy held multiple executive roles at Community Bank of the Chesapeake, including EVP, Chief Operating Officer and EVP, Chief Administrative Officer, beginning in January 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Director of HR at Community Bank of Tri-County from November 1998 to December 2013. Christy's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in HR Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as a Diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and additional qualifications from the Maryland Banking School and the College of Southern Maryland.
