Mike Hamner

Mike Hamner has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Mike started their career at Becker, where they worked as a Program Manager for Chrysler Group. Mike successfully managed and implemented interior trim programs for Dakota and Ram trucks. In 1996, they joined Avon Automotive as the Global Continuous Improvement Manager, where they contributed to process improvement initiatives. In 2006, they joined Avon Rubber plc as the General Manager of Avon Engineered Fabrications, overseeing operations in Mississippi. Mike later became the Vice President of Avon Protection, leading the development and supply of respirator products to the military and law enforcement. Throughout their career, Mike Hamner has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Mike Hamner received their Bachelor's degree in Plastics from Ferris State University, which they attended from 1990 to 1994. Mike later pursued an MBA in Leadership at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies, where they studied from 1996 to 1998.
