Basak Moroydor Gundogdu is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in commercial marketing and revenue growth management. Currently serving as Commercial Marketing Director at Avon since December 2016, Basak has held several key positions including Head of Campaign Planning & Revenue Growth Management and Category Brand Sr. Manager, focusing on the Fragrance and Fashion&Home categories in Turkey. Prior experience includes roles at Rossmann Türkiye as Category Manager, where responsibilities included analyzing marketing KPIs and managing pricing plans, and at Carrefour Group DİASA as Product Chief. Basak began a career in quality management and purchasing at Alimar A.Ş. Basak holds degrees from Istanbul Technical University and Marmara University.
