Elzbieta Mazurkiewicz

Elzbieta Mazurkiewicz is an experienced marketing and commercial leader with a strong background in strategy, business intelligence, and marketing management across various regions and roles within Avon. Currently serving as the Head of Global Commercial Planning at Avon since September 2018, Elzbieta has previously held multiple positions including the Head of Integrated Marketing Planning for Europe and the Head of Marketing for Eastern Europe and Poland. Prior experience includes roles as the Commercial Marketing Director at Avon Justine in South Africa and positions focusing on demand planning and marketing analytics at Avon Cosmetics. Elzbieta holds an Executive Course in Strategic Branding from London Business School and a Master's degree in Marketing and Business Management from the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland.
