Lidia Kubić

Lidia Kubić is an experienced marketing and business intelligence professional with a strong background in data analysis and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Analyst at Avon since April 2023, Lidia previously worked as a BI Data Analyst/Engineer at Westwing, where responsibilities included designing reports and enhancing ETL processes. Prior experience at Citi involved roles as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst within the Internal Audit department, focusing on developing and streamlining audit operations through effective BI solutions. Lidia's earlier career also includes positions at MicroStrategy, where responsibilities spanned BI support and consulting, and a brief experience at Kantar Millward Brown as a Research Trainee. Lidia holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
