Lineo Lehobo has extensive experience in strategic planning and commercial growth, serving in various leadership roles in the corporate sector. At Avon from April 2022 to February 2025, Lineo held positions including Head of Commercial Planning & Africa Expansion, Head of Strategy & New Markets, and Head of Omnichannel & New Markets, focusing on market expansion and integrated commercial strategies across Africa. Prior to Avon, Lineo worked at Innscor Kenya Limited as a Strategist in Group Strategy, addressing growth strategies and operational efficiencies for multiple subsidiaries.
