Marcin Kopa

Marcin Kopa is an experienced finance executive with a robust background in leadership roles across prominent companies, including Avon and Unilever. Currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance at Avon since July 2019, Marcin manages a $1 billion revenue business across 29 markets in Northern, Central, Southeast, and Eastern Europe, along with Central Asia. Previous roles at Unilever included Managing Director for Europe, CFO for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Regional Commercial Finance Director for Central & Eastern Europe. Marcin's career began at Nestlé as a Management Accountant, following a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree in Finance & Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a brief program at Stanford University.
