Tracey Powers is an accomplished sales and operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. As Sales Director and Head of Sales in the UK for Avon since January 2022, Tracey has driven sales strategies and business growth. Previously, Tracey served as Head of Beauty Business Owners at Avon and held leadership positions at Stella & Dot, where responsibilities included team development and personal sales initiatives.
