Vicki Lusk

Vicki Lusk, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Membership Director for SHRM New Mexico and as a Human Resources Specialist at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, both positions held since January 2024. With an extensive background in human resources, Vicki has held various roles including Silver Ambassador Unit Leader at Avon Cosmetics since 2009, Employee Benefits Business Development Specialist at HUB International from December 2021 to January 2024, and Human Resources Director at La Casa, Inc. from April 2019 to September 2022. Vicki's career commenced at Doña Ana County, where Vicki retired as Manager of Animal Control and Codes after two decades of service. Leadership experience includes past roles such as Immediate Past Director and Director of SHRM NM State Council, as well as Chapter President for IPMA-HR. Vicki holds academic credentials from the University of Phoenix and New Mexico State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Roswell High School.
