The owners and directors of Avondale Homes, Darryl & Ingrid Meehan have been specialising in residential and rural / acreage properties in Queensland for over 40 years delivering dreams from concept through to completion. Avondale Homes are known as QLD’s most trusted acreage home builder.

Having delivered over 750 homes that are unmatched in design, quality and value, it’s no wonder why more QLD families choose to build with us here at Avondale Homes. This experience has also shaped a network of trusted contractors, suppliers and consultants to successfully deliver dream homes.

We pride ourselves on quick response times and delivering the very best experience for our clients. Some of our points of difference are:

The client always comes first
24 hours turnaround time for build contracts, not 6 to 8 weeks like other major builders.
Fixed price quote and contract – you won’t pay anymore
Only $1500 deposit till council approved plans.
We will fully refund your deposit if your finance declined
Over and above inclusions that exceed any other builder
We’re local so we understand the region and your needs
We don’t charge our clients extra for any customisation to your design
