Rasikha Venkat

Rasikha Venkat is an experienced professional in partnerships and policy management, currently serving as Assistant Director of Partnerships at AVPN since August 2020, after progressing through various managerial roles in the organization. Prior to joining AVPN, Rasikha Venkat worked at Tata Trusts as Education and Policy Manager, leading K-12 education reform initiatives in Andhra Pradesh. Previous experience also includes roles at Samhita Social Ventures, where Rasikha Venkat focused on education, skill development, and community development, and at NEERMAN, conducting impact evaluations of WaSH projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Innovation Management from Amani Institute. Skills encompass proposal development, research design, report writing, and monitoring and evaluation.
