Vaishali then attended Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce from 1985 to 1990, where they earned their BCom degree with a focus on Accounts. Following this, they pursued further professional qualifications at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India from 1987 to 1990, becoming a Graduate member of the institute with a specialization in Finance and Costing. Finally, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1990 to 1993, where they became an Associate member of the Institute in the field of Accounting and Finance.
