Arturo Garcia

Arturo Garcia is currently the COO at Avports. Arturo has also worked as an airport management consultant and has experience in project management, engineering, and consultancy services in the fields of operational readiness and airport transfer (ORAT), passenger experience, airport terminal services, and airside operations.

Arturo Garcia has a BSc and MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Arturo also has a degree in the ACI Airport Executive Leadership Program - AELP from Concordia University. In 2011, they completed the Global ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP) and became an International Airport Professional (IAP). In 2009, they became an ICAO AVSEC Professional Manager from Concordia University. In 2013, they completed the EFQM Excellence Assessor from the European Foundation for Quality Management - EFQM. Arturo is certified in EFQM Excellence Assessor from EFQM and in International Airport Professional (IAP) from Global ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP).

Arturo Garcia reports to Jorge Roberts, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Peter Scherrer - VP, Airport Management Services, Derek Pristavok - GM, Moffett Federal Airfield, and John Panarello - VP, Airport Operations & Information Technology.
