Jennifer Carman

Jennifer Carman has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations at AVR Realty Company since October 2015. In this role, Jennifer oversees multiple departments including Lease Administration, Accounts Payable, IT, and Office Management, and acts as the System Administrator for various software programs. Prior to this position, Jennifer held several roles at Acadia Realty Trust, where responsibilities included managing lease administration and financial systems. Additional experience includes property accounting at Storage Post and transaction coordination at Ragette Real Estate.
