Esther Ielacqua

Esther Ielacqua serves as Group General Counsel and Head of the Legal Department at AVR S.p.A. since March 2010, providing day-to-day legal advice on issues related to road construction, environmental and waste management, and green maintenance. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents and opinions for the CEO and senior directors to support contractual relationships with suppliers and public entities. Prior to this role, Esther Ielacqua gained experience as a trainee focused on public contracts and tenders, and previously completed a traineeship at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, concentrating on international commercial law. Esther Ielacqua holds a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi Roma TRE and has completed specialized legal training at various institutions, including the Scuola Nazionale di Specializzazione per Giuristi d'Impresa and Universidade de Coimbra.
