Carlos Chavez

Having spent 25 years of service with AVR, Carlos brings the experience of those who came before him. Carlos is originally from Mexico City and moved to the Space City of Houston at the age of 13, attended Houston Community College and the University of Houston-Downtown. With his own style of leading by example and servant leadership, he has managed to undertake several management positions in AVR through the years, from Print Production, IT, Software Support, Implementation, Training, Quality Assurance, and now Product Manager of AVR’s utility billing application uVisionPLUS Product. Working closely with the uVP-team, they attend to the needs of the customers and strive to produce the best data and record management application for the utility billing industry.
