Yucel Erdogan's work experience includes roles as Executive Creative Director at Avrett Free Ginsberg since 2015, Founder, President, and Chief Creative Officer at Reason-Y since 2010, Creative Director at BLUE FLAME from 2011 to 2015, Group Creative Director at Avrett Free Ginsberg from 1999 to 2009, Founder of creatink inc from 2001 to 2008, and Art Director at Lotas Minard Patton McIver from 1992 to 1999.

Yucel Erdogan completed their MFA in Graphic Design at Marmara University from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued further education in Communication Design and obtained an MSC degree from Pratt Institute, attending from 1988 to 1991.
