Elia Jona Kargruber is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in managing product lifecycles and leading teams across various technology-driven companies. Currently a Senior Product Manager at Shiftmove, a merger of Avrios International AG and Vimcar, Elia has previously held roles at Avrios as a Senior Product Manager and in various product manager roles focusing on growth, onboarding, and product-market fit expansion. At Arrival, Elia led two product teams and owned key product areas, significantly contributing to SaaS product development and team recruitment.
