Turan Khalilov

Turan Khalilov is an experienced procurement professional with a career spanning over a decade in various roles within the procurement and project management sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement (non-commercial) at Avromed Company CJSC since April 2022, Turan previously held the position of Project Procurement Specialist at PROKON LLC, where responsibilities included modernizing SOCAR-UNIPER and HAOR projects. Earlier experiences include roles as Project Procurement Manager, Procurement Specialist, and Buyer at Gilan Industrial Group, as well as Buyer at CIDC Baku LLC and Purchasing and Logistics Manager at GENS Elektrik. Turan holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Baku Engineering University.
