Amanda Cynthia Mathenjwa

Amanda Cynthia Mathenjwa is a seasoned packaging professional with extensive experience in project management and product development within the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Avroy Shlain Cosmetics since June 2021, Amanda oversees the entire project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with timelines, cost objectives, and supplier coordination. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Packaging Technologist at Indigo Brands, specializing in female fragrance packaging, and held positions at Tiger Brands and Le-Sel Research as a Packaging Controller and Senior Packaging Technologist, respectively. Amanda began their career as a Quality Control Technician at Sunspray Food Ingredients, focusing on laboratory analysis and quality inspections. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with multiple diplomas in Packaging Technology from the Institute of Packaging South Africa.
